My recent stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort & Villa-Sha Extra Plus was a mix of relaxation and disappointment. The location is idyllic, with direct access to the pristine Long Beach, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a pool villa, offering a private plunge pool on a spacious terrace.On-site spa services and leisure facilities, including an outdoor pool and massage therapy, added to the serene ambiance. However, the language barrier with staff hindered communication, and room service fell short of expectations. Despite these setbacks, the resort's stunning beach views and comfortable room provided a soothing retreat.Phi Phi Long Beach Resort offers a tranquil environment for guests to unwind and enjoy the Andaman Sea. While improvements in service quality are needed, the relaxing atmosphere and picturesque setting make it a suitable choice for a peaceful getaway.
